Sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule online or by phone up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours cannot be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, a gift certificate will be provided for the full session value, redeemable for any future service.
